What we store
Your email address and password hash (for your account). Your watch history: which episodes and movies you've marked watched, when, and which shows you follow. If you import a TV Time export: the uploaded zip and the rows we parsed from it.
Where and how long
Data lives in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database in Singapore (ap-southeast-1). Uploaded import zips are deleted automatically 7 days after your import finishes or fails. Parsed import rows are kept so you can review unmatched items and so we can debug your import if something looks wrong — they're deleted when you delete your import data or your account.
What we never do
No selling data, no ads, no analytics brokers, no sharing your watch history with anyone. Show and movie metadata comes from TMDB; your personal data is never sent to TMDB — only anonymous lookups like "what is TVDB id 121361".
Your rights, self-serve
Export everything anytime (Settings → exports — including rows we couldn't match, unmodified). Delete your import data or your entire account anytime (Settings) — deletion is immediate and complete, and we email you a confirmation. No support ticket needed for any of this.
Services we rely on
Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) · Vercel (hosting) · Resend (transactional email) · Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on public forms) · TMDB (show and movie metadata). Each receives only what its job requires.
